If there are more applications than places available, they will be ranked according to an assessment that will take into account the following criteria:

• Academic record (50%).
   

• The correspondence between the competencies of the student's prior degree and the competencies of this Master's program will be assessed, evaluating the suitability of the academic curriculum content (based on a review of the curricula completed) to the competencies to be acquired in the Master's program. This assessment will be carried out by the Master's Academic Committee (40%).
   

• Curriculum Vitae, taking into account the student's work experience and any additional studies they may have, and in particular, their language skills. This assessment will be carried out by the Master's Academic Committee (10%).

Once the applicants have been ranked according to the aforementioned evaluation criteria, all applicants will be admitted according to the number of available places, strictly in order of priority. In the event of withdrawals, applicants not initially selected may be considered for admission again, again according to their order of merit.

Specifically, the Academic Commission will give priority to graduates in Industrial Technology Engineering from the University of Seville (2010 plan or 2024 plan).

The Single District Commission of Andalusia approved, by agreement of May 17, 2022, the admission procedure for undergraduate and master's degree programs linked to the approved Regional Programs of Higher Education (PARS) within the public universities of Andalusia, for students who have a maximum of 30 ECTS credits remaining to complete their undergraduate studies. In the case of the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, students of the Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from the Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville who have 12 credits remaining for their Final Degree Project (TFG) and up to 9 credits in basic training subjects, compulsory subjects, transversal electives, or elective/compulsory specialization courses may be admitted. The remaining credits, up to 30, must be specialization electives or common electives. They may also have outstanding accreditation of the required foreign language proficiency (in this case, B1 level in English).
