International Mobility

International Mobility

This page provides information of interest to students interested in participating in international mobility programs (Erasmus+ and agreements with non-EU universities) , as well as instructions for those who already hold an international mobility place.

The most important information regarding international mobility programs is published on the International Centre's website:

Information for holders of a mobility space

Every year, around March, an information session is held for ETSI students who have been awarded an international exchange placement. You can consult the following document for an overview of the general procedure

There is also a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document that can help answer questions about mobility programs.

Destinations offered at ETSI 2024-25

The following document indicates the destinations offered to ETSI students in the last call.

Some destinations, due to their characteristics, require certain additional conditions for accepting exchange students. Specific cases that have occurred in recent years are detailed in the incident report

Study Agreements

The study agreement is a kind of contract, therefore binding, between the University and the student, where the subjects that the student will take at the destination Center and those that will be validated at the origin Center, in this case the ETSI, are reflected.

The ETSI publishes all agreements made in recent academic years. This includes most destinations, although agreements will not be available for recently added destinations or those without tenured faculty in recent academic years. It is important to note that these published agreements are not legally binding ; they are published for informational purposes only. Both the courses offered at the home institution and those offered at the host institution may vary from year to year.

The Sub-Directorate of International Relations and Mobility organizes a meeting before the deadline for preparing study agreements begins to inform about the relevant deadlines and procedures.

Procedure for modifying the Study Agreement

Upon arrival at your destination, it is recommended that you contact your local coordinator and inquire about the subjects included in your learning agreement.

If, for any justified reason, you need to modify the original learning agreement, you must follow the procedure described in the following document:

Modifications are requested from the Mobility Delegate within the following periods:

  • From September 15 to October 15, 2023.

  • From February 15 to March 15, 2024.
