International mobility
This page provides information of interest for students interested in participating in international mobility programs (Erasmus+ and agreements with non-EU universities) , as well as the instructions to follow for those who already have an international mobility place.
The most important information regarding international mobility programs is published on the International Center website:
Information for holders of a mobility place
Every year, around the month of March, an information meeting is held for ETSI students holding an international mobility place. You can refer to the following document to get an idea of the general procedure
There is also a frequently asked questions (FAQs) document that can help resolve doubts about mobility programs.
Destinations offered in the ETSI 2024-25
The following document indicates the destinations offered for ETSI students in the last call.
Some destinations, due to their characteristics, require certain additional requirements to accept mobility students. The unique cases that have occurred in recent years are detailed in the incident document:
Study Agreements
The study agreement is a type of contract, therefore binding, between the University and the student, which reflects the subjects that the student will take at the destination Center and those that will be validated at the origin Center, in this case the ETSI.
The ETSI publishes all agreements made in the last academic years. This includes the majority of destinations, although there will be no agreements in recently incorporated destinations or in which there have been no incumbents in the last academic years. It is important to highlight that these published agreements are not binding , they are published for information purposes. Both the subjects of origin and those of the destination centers may vary from one year to the next.
The Subdirectorate of International Relations and Mobility organizes a meeting before the deadline for preparing study agreements begins to inform about the relevant deadlines and procedures.
Procedure for modifying the Study Agreement
After arriving at your destination, it is recommended to contact your local coordinator and find out about the subjects included in your study agreement.
If, for any justified reason, you have to modify the original study agreement, you must follow the procedure described in the following document:
Modifications are requested from the Mobility Delegate, within the following periods:
- From September 15 to October 15, 2023.
- From February 15 to March 15, 2024.
