Undergraduate and master's students will apply for it at the Electronic Office of the University of Seville .

Those who have completed Engineering studies (pre-degree programs) will apply at the Secretariat, providing the following documentation:

• Completed application form
• Payment slip for the corresponding fees (this can be requested by email from the Secretary's contact address: secretaria-etsi@us.es ).

Large Family Members (Special Category) and persons with disabilities are exempt from these fees, for which they must present the corresponding documentation. Large Family Members (General Category) will pay 50% of the fee.

In order for the Secretariat to issue the receipt for the request for the transfer of the file, you must submit the following documentation:
 

• Transfer application form. Download.
• Proof of admission to the degree program and the destination University Center.
• Payment slip for the corresponding fees (this can be requested by email at the Secretary's contact address).

Those exempt from these fees, upon presentation of the corresponding documentation, are beneficiaries of Special Category Large Families and persons with disabilities. Beneficiaries of General Category Large Families will pay 50% of the fee.

It will be requested at the Electronic Headquarters of the University of Seville .
