Event “Technologies for the development of local energy communities”

Next Thursday, November 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a dissemination event titled “Technologies for the development of local energy communities” will be held in the School's Graduate Hall, within the framework of the European projects CEL_RURAL and AGERAR_PLUS. of the Interreg program.

Ingenio Junior Awards 2024

COITTA/AAGIT opens the call for the Ingenio Junior 2024 Awards for another year, aimed at recent graduates in Telecommunications Engineering in Andalusia who have obtained their Bachelor's degree in the period between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024.
These awards seek to highlight the best Final Degree Projects. The Ingenio Junior Awards 2024 will have their call open until November 30 for those interested in submitting their candidatures.

Cycle of talks “New Sevillian Engineering”: Telecommunications Engineering, December 2

“New Sevillian Engineering” series of talks: Telecommunications Engineering. Organized by the Open Seville Initiative, ISA, with the collaboration of the MAS Foundation and the Higher Engineering Association of Andalusia (ASIAN). Session dedicated to Telecommunications Engineering, will feature d. Manuel Ortigosa, Dean of the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers of Western Andalusia and Ceuta; Ms. Susana Carrasco, CEO and founder of Iopark; d. Guillermo Pérez, Co-founder and CEO of 4i.ai; d. José González, Co-Founder and CEO of Galgus; d. Carlos Gómez, moderator of the event.
The session is on Monday, December 2, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the headquarters of the MAS Foundation, c/Torneo, 76, Seville. Attendance is free until capacity is reached. The sessions are based on the intervention of professionals representing reference engineering, moderated by an ISA member, followed by a discussion with the attendees.

Announcement of memorial and tribute act to Luis Salvador

Next November 26, in the School's Graduate Hall, at 7:00 p.m., an event will take place in Remembrance and Tribute to Luis Salvador Martínez, who was Director of the ETSi and the Department of Chemical Engineering, died during the pandemic. At the end of the event, a plaque will be unveiled in his memory.

VII Call for Impulsa Visión RTVE

Research Aid for Official Master's Final Projects. This is an initiative aimed at recognizing and promoting the talent of those university students who carry out their postgraduate studies by pursuing an official master's degree related to aspects of innovation or digital transformation in those activities that RTVE has entrusted as a Public Service. Likewise, Impulsa Visión Research Aid wants to recognize the work of the university as a fundamental element in the development of the audiovisual sector and its essential role in the future of the media. To this end, these grants are created for research projects that will result in Master's Thesis (TFM) on the topics determined in each call, the present one being 'Hate Speeches in the Media and in the Social networks'
