Gabinete de Gestión Técnica (GGT) is an Architecture and Engineering firm based in Seville, providing nationwide Architecture, Engineering, and Technological Innovation Services for building and installation projects.
We specialize in architecture, engineering, and installation projects, operating in sectors such as healthcare, industrial, commercial, and public works. Our multidisciplinary team works with BIM methodologies and advanced calculation tools.
2 POSITION: INTERN
2.1 Job Description
We are looking for motivated students with an interest in building installations, energy efficiency, and technical design to join our team as an academic intern.
The student will participate in real-world projects under the direct supervision of the firm's engineers and architects.
2.2 Functions and Tasks
The student will collaborate on:
Design and Calculation of Installations
• Support in electrical calculations (low voltage, protection, cross-sections).
• Participation in lighting studies (Dialux).
• Basic HVAC calculations: thermal loads and equipment selection.
• Design of small photovoltaic installations.
• Design and calculation of plumbing installations.
Development of Plans and Documentation
• Editing and preparation of plans in AutoCAD.
• Consultation and support in BIM models (Revit).
• Preparation of schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction details.
• Drafting of basic technical reports.
• Preparation of budgets and measurements.
Energy Efficiency
• Support in energy certifications.
• Review of energy regulations (CTE HE).
• Comparative analysis of efficient solutions.
Project Control and Technical Management
• Support in measurements and budgets.
• Organization of technical documentation and project monitoring.
• Preparation of reports and presentations.
Site Visits (if applicable)
• Accompanying site visits.
• Observation of the construction process.
• Support in supervision and quality control.
3 REQUIREMENTS
 Interest in installations, energy, or technical design.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit and CYPE are a plus).
• Ability to work in a team and a proactive attitude.

Training Project: The internship will focus on supporting the supervision and control of road works, as well as collaborating on preliminary studies and drafting civil engineering projects. During their stay, the student will have the opportunity to: - Assist the technical team in the supervision and monitoring of road and/or hydraulic infrastructure projects. - Participate in site visits, execution control, measurement review, and quality control. - Collaborate in data collection and the preparation of technical documents for civil engineering projects. - Assist in the drafting of reports, plans, and technical specifications. - Use specific design and calculation tools used in civil engineering.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering

Duration: 6 months

Study grants: 800 euros per month
