Training Project: You will support the technical team in renewable hydrogen projects. This includes preparing the necessary documentation for plant openings, proactively seeking potential clients and contacting suppliers, and collaborating on drafting and preparing project-related documents. You will also assist in creating layouts, single-line diagrams, and other relevant materials, as well as preparing technical proposals. Additionally, you will support supplier management, prospecting for potential clients, and following up with them.

Training Project: OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSE Are you interested in operations management and process optimization, and do you want to apply your engineering knowledge in a real-world technical environment? This internship will allow you to: · Understand the operational functioning of a technology laboratory, from planning to execution of activities. · Learn how work processes are analyzed, organized, and improved in a real production environment. · Participate in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing time, and optimizing resources. · Work alongside professionals with experience in operations management, planning, and continuous improvement. · Experience participating in real projects related to the aerospace and high-reliability industries. The internship is paid, includes ongoing training from a mentor, and can be combined with university studies, with the possibility of future employment depending on performance and the company's needs. INTERNSHIP CONTENT During your internship, you will participate in real-world activities within the laboratory's operations area, such as: · Supporting the analysis of operational processes and workflows. · Verifying and analyzing the time required for various activities, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement. · Reviewing work methods, instructions, and procedures, and proposing practical improvements. · Identifying incidents, tasks, and non-value-added activities within the processes. · Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and workflow organization. · Supporting the monitoring of operational indicators related to productivity, deadlines, and workload. Preparing supporting documentation, reports, and presentations of analyses and results. · Collaborating with the operations team and other technical areas of the laboratory.
