are a means of promoting relationships between businesses and the cutting edge of research and knowledge generated at the University. At the same time, they contribute to the training of future professionals in the areas of work and research relevant to the endowed chair.
As an instrument to revitalize and encourage the relationship between the university and society through the productive sector, corporate chairs guarantee the transfer of knowledge through innovation and research.
The University of Seville , together with its Social Council, has made a significant effort to strengthen this avenue of collaboration. To this end, it has promoted collaboration and sponsorship agreements with companies and other institutions aimed at establishing and funding professorships in all areas of knowledge.
