MP Chair

The MP Corporation Chair was created at the end of 2006 to highlight the importance of business training and culture, and the business knowledge generated by Don Valentín de Madariaga y Oya during his fruitful professional life.

The Chair focuses on the study of the Economic-Financial Model of Business Management (Institutional Framework Engineering, IMI) developed by Valentín de Madariaga y Oya, through a collaboration agreement between the Higher School of Engineers of the University of Seville and the Valentín de Madariaga y Oya-MP Foundation.

This aims to develop an entrepreneurial culture in young university students through continuous training from their youth.

The objective is to make public and transmit to new generations various aspects related to the Organization, Culture, and Values ​​within a company. This framework is a substantial part of the MP Group's corporate culture and a differentiating factor for the group compared to other organizations.
