MP Chair

The MP Corporation Chair was created at the end of 2006, to raise awareness of the importance of training and business culture, and the business knowledge generated by Don Valentín de Madariaga y Oya during his fruitful professional life.

The Chair focuses on the study of the Economic-Financial Model of Business Management (Institutional Framework Engineering, IMI) developed by Valentín de Madariaga y Oya, through a collaboration agreement between the Higher School of Engineers of the University of Seville and the Valentín de Madariaga and Oya-MP Foundation.

In this way, the aim is to develop an entrepreneurial culture in young university students through continuous training from their youth.

The objective is to make public and transmit to new generations different aspects related to the Organization, Culture and Values ​​within a company. This framework is a substantial part of the MP Group's business culture, and a differentiating element of said group in relation to other organizations.
