The ETSi has several joint CGCT-CSPE commissions for the degrees taught, grouped, where appropriate, depending on their membership in a PARS or the Andalucía Tech International Campus. These Commissions are in charge of implementing the Education Guarantee System. Title Quality, ensuring that effectiveness, efficiency and transparency are its management principles. They are also responsible for proposing improvement actions and involving all interested parties (teachers, PAS, students, academic authorities and external agents).

A Center Quality Assurance Commission (CGCC), in charge of the implementation of a Quality Assurance System at the Center level and which ensures that the improvement proposals developed by the different Degree Quality Assurance Commissions, as well as of the Center's own Quality Commission of Common Services, are viable and consistent with each other.

A Quality Commission of the Center's Common Services (CCSC), in charge of analyzing and improving the different services that support the Center's activity.

A Teaching Quality Guarantee commission that has the mission of proposing measures to improve the quality of teaching at the Center. Propose the actions or measures that it considers appropriate for the promotion and didactic and scientific improvement of the Center's teachers. Issue any reports requested by the Director or the Center Board. Resolve conflicts related to the teaching given at the Center, in the terms regulated by the General Regulations of Teaching Activities. Any others that are conferred by the Statute or the General Regulation of Teaching Activities.
