University Defender

The Ombudsman's Office is the institutional body of the University of Seville, elected by its Senate, to ensure respect for the rights and freedoms of all members of the University Community: faculty, students, and administrative and service staff, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the quality and proper functioning of the University.

Its actions are carried out under the principles of independence, autonomy and confidentiality, and it is not subject to any imperative mandate in the performance of its duties.

All university bodies are obliged to collaborate with the University Ombudsman, with priority and urgency, in the processing of their actions.
