User information

 

User Information is a transversal service whose main objective is to centralize information, provision of basic technical help and management of the services offered by the Calculation Center.

Own services

Own services are understood to be those that are included in the ETSI Services Charter corresponding to the Calculation Center. For all of them, the user has the following facilities at their disposal, through User Information:

  • Administrative information: Requirements and procedures to access the services of the Calculation Center.
  • Technical information: Technical aspects about the services offered, or questions about installations or configurations necessary to access them.
  • Facilitate the user in the provision of the Computing Center services.
  • Management of requests and incidents related to services.
  • Basic technical assistance in relation to the services offered. Excluded from this section are all technical aspects related to the computer equipment used by the user. Such is the case of viruses, hardware problems, unusual operating systems or inappropriate configurations.

Requirements to access the service

The service is available to any person linked to the University of Seville, however when the user's demand is related to other services offered by the Calculation Center, their requirements will be applicable.

The information that may be provided will be related to the services offered, and as for personal data, only those that are related to the applicant will be provided.

Under no circumstances will personal data or any other information that may be related to individuals be offered to third parties, except when there is an organic or functional hierarchy relationship, and when the procedure requires it.

Terms of use

No specific conditions are established for the use of this service, although the basic rules of respect, education and courtesy required in any personal relationship are required.

Service management

The management of the User Information service can be requested and offered in several possible ways: (In person, by email or by telephone. In self-service mode, by using the different forms available to the user).
