User information

 

User Information is a cross-cutting service whose main objective is to centralize information, provide basic technical assistance and manage the services offered by the Computing Center.

Own services

The services provided are those listed in the ETSI Service Charter corresponding to the Computing Center. For all of these services, the user has access to the following resources through the User Information section:

  • Administrative information: Requirements and procedures for accessing the services of the Computing Center.
  • Technical information: Technical aspects of the services offered, or questions about facilities or configurations necessary to access them.
  • To facilitate the provision of services from the Computing Center to the user.
  • Management of requests and incidents related to services.
  • Basic technical support related to the services offered. This excludes all technical aspects related to the computer equipment used by the user, such as viruses, hardware problems, uncommon operating systems, or incorrect configurations.

Requirements to access the service

The service is available to anyone linked to the University of Seville; however, when the user's request is related to other services offered by the Computing Center, the requirements of those services will apply.

The information that may be provided will be related to the services offered, and as for personal data, only those that are related to the applicant will be provided.

Under no circumstances will personal data or any other information that can be related to individuals be offered to third parties, except when there is an organic or functional hierarchy relationship, and when the procedure requires it.

Terms of use

No specific conditions are established for the use of this service, although the basic rules of respect, education and courtesy required in any personal relationship are mandatory.

Service Management

The management of the User Information service can be requested and offered in several possible ways: (In person, by email or by telephone. In self-service mode, through the use of the different forms available to the user).
