Once the title is in the possession of the Secretariat, it will send a communication by mail to the interested party so that they can proceed to collect their title.
The certificate must be collected in person by its holder, upon presentation of a valid national identity document (DNI), or by a person authorized by a notarized power of attorney. In the latter case, the person collecting it must present the notarized power of attorney and their own DNI. The certificate application receipt must also be submitted.
However, if the interested party resides in a different location from where the Center is located, they may request in writing that the Center send the degree to the Government Sub-delegation in the Province or Consular Office nearest to their residence, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID. They must also pay the public fees for sending academic degrees to Government Sub-delegations, Embassies or consular offices.
