3. Delivery of the title to the interested party once issued

At the time the title is in the hands of the Secretariat, it will send a communication by mail to the interested party so that they can proceed to withdraw their title.

The title must be collected personally by its owner, upon presentation of his or her valid ID, or by a person authorized by power of attorney. In the latter case, the person who picks it up must present the power of attorney and ID. Likewise, the title application receipt must be delivered.

However, in the event that the interested party resides in a location other than that where the Center is located, they may request in writing that the title be sent to the Government Subdelegation in the Province or Consular Office closest to their residence, accompanied by photocopy of your ID. Likewise, you must pay the public prices for sending academic titles to Government Subdelegations, Embassies or consular offices.
