Issuance of certifications and accreditations
1. Personal Academic Certification: 

It will be necessary to present the following documentation:

Duly completed application form
• Payment form for the corresponding fees (can be requested by email to the Secretariat contact address).

The beneficiaries of Special Category Large Families and disabled persons will be exempt from paying these fees, for which they must present the supporting document. General Category Large Family beneficiaries will pay 50% of the amount.

It is also possible to request the issuance through the Electronic Headquarters of the University of Seville.

2. Official Academic Certification for Transfer of File to another degree/center:

In order for the Secretariat to deliver the request receipt for the transfer of the file, you must present the following documentation:
 

  • Transfer request form. Here.
  • Proof of admission to the degree and University Center of destination.
  • Settlement form for the corresponding fees (can be requested by email at the Secretariat contact address).


The beneficiaries of Special Category Large Families and disabled persons will be exempt from paying these fees, for which they must present the supporting document. General Category Large Family beneficiaries will pay 50% of the amount.

3. Registration accreditation

It can be requested at the Secretariat or through the Electronic Office of the University of Seville .
