Strategic Plan of the Higher Technical School of Engineering

The Strategic Plan of the Higher Technical School of Engineering currently in force (horizon 2014-2016), has been the logical result of the evaluation process of the ETSi and the new challenges inherent to the adaptation process of the Center to the European Higher Education Area . This Plan is aligned with the Strategic Plan of the University of Seville and the different interest groups have participated in its preparation.

The Strategic Objectives of the Plan are:

• Improve academic offerings and teaching planning.
• Promote the pedagogical updating of teachers and the use of new teaching resources.
• Promote the recruitment of the best students and facilitate the adaptation of new students to the university.
• Promote international mobility programs.
• Strengthen the relations of the ETSI with companies and professional associations.
• Improve the corporate image of the ETSI as a center.
• Support research and technology transfer of ETSI research groups.
• Facilitate and enhance the participation of students in the different activities of the ETSI.
• Strengthen the human resources assigned to the ETSI.
• Introduce improvements in the management of the ETSI.
• Introduce improvements in infrastructure and the work environment.
• Strengthen University Extension and Development Cooperation activities.
