Career Opportunities

Regarding its relevance to society, a recent survey conducted by the Official Association of Industrial Engineers of Western Andalusia (COIIAOC) reveals that most respondents move into management positions in their professional lives, highlighting the relevance of the proposed Master's program. Specifically, the survey underscores the need for engineers to have "generalist training in business management to provide a comprehensive perspective to companies," and "training in team leadership skills and managerial abilities," aspects addressed within the proposed Master's program. This demand aligns with the studies conducted for the White Paper on Degrees in Industrial Engineering, and specifically with studies in the specialization of Industrial Organization, which is directly related to the Master's program.
