Recommended Profile:
The profile of the student who accesses the Master of Telecommunications Engineering is usually that of a person with a medium level of knowledge in signal processing techniques, communication networks, telematics systems and electronics, determined to delve into advanced studies on these topics, as well as getting started in research, management and execution of multidisciplinary projects, management of telecommunications companies and entrepreneurship.
With the Master of Telecommunications Engineering, the student acquires “advanced” skills that complement those acquired in previous studies.
Therefore, only students who have completed Bachelor's degrees in Engineering in Telecommunications Technologies or similar, as well as former Telecommunications Technical Engineers, can access it. The study plans for the Master of Telecommunications Engineering have been designed based on the skills acquired in the Degree in Telecommunications Technologies at the University of Seville, so students who have completed this degree have direct access to the Master.
For students coming from other centers, the corresponding Academic Committee evaluates the study plan taken, and complements the mandatory credits of the Master with one or more subjects, belonging to the elective module, that the student will have to take compulsorily.
Finally, students who hold the old title of Telecommunications Technical Engineer must take complementary training subjects, which represent additional credits to the 120 of the Master's degree.
