Recommended Profile:
The typical student applying to the Master's in Telecommunications Engineering has an intermediate level of knowledge in signal processing techniques, communication networks, telematics systems, and electronics, and is eager to pursue advanced studies in these areas, as well as to begin research, the management and execution of multidisciplinary projects, the management of telecommunications companies, and entrepreneurship.
The Master's in Telecommunications Engineering provides students with advanced skills that complement those acquired in previous studies. Therefore, only students who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar fields, as well as former Telecommunications Technical Engineers, are eligible.
The curriculum for the Master's in Telecommunications Engineering has been designed based on the competencies acquired in the Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Technologies at the University of Seville; therefore, students with this degree have direct access to the Master's program.
For students from other institutions, the relevant Academic Committee evaluates their completed coursework and supplements the required Master's credits with one or more elective courses, which the student must complete.
Finally, students holding the former Telecommunications Engineering degree must complete supplementary courses, which represent additional credits beyond the 120 required for the Master's program.
