Information about the ETSI-US automatricle procedure for academic year 2025-26

Summary of automatricle dates

• From May 29 to June 17, 2025: Consultation of the score for stepped access to the ESTI automatricle ( only degrees students , in virtual secretariat ).

• June 17, 2025: End of the deadline to submit claims to the score granted (in virtual secretariat ).

• June 27, 2025: Publication of the final score for staggering access to the automatricle and day/hour assigned for it (in virtual secretariat ).

• From July 9 to 31 and from September 1 to 5, 2025: Deadline to formalize the registration . Between July 9 and 25, 2025, if you are a degree student, you can only access the automatricle from the day and time indicated by the stepped access.Master's students are not affected by stepped access.
