Electrical Engineering students from the University of Tsinghua visit the ETSI

Students of Electrical Engineering of the University of Tsinghua visit the Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville

The Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville has received the visit of a group of electrical engineering students from the prestigious University of Tsinghua, Beijing, China, to learn about the teaching and researcher activities of their Department of Electrical Engineering.
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to explore teaching aspects in the degree, master's degree and doctoral programs. In addition, they toured the research laboratories, where they were able to interact with teachers and students, and learn first hand the most recent advances in electrical energy systems.
The delegation was received by Esther Romero Ramos, deputy director of relations with the ETSI company, and José María Maza Ortega, coordinator of the Interuniversity Doctoral Program in Electric Power Systems. Both highlighted the importance of strengthening ties between the two institutions, which will allow progress in academic and research collaboration in the future.
This visit is another step on the way to reinforce academic links between the University of Tsinghua and the University of Seville, with the aim of promoting international cooperation in the field of electrical engineering.
