At SISTELUM SL we are looking to hire a proactive and decisive person to lead the systematization of technical and commercial processes in the aluminum and PVC carpentry sector.
Its main mission will be to develop internal structures that allow the technical knowledge of our products to be transformed into an organized and visual system, thus facilitating the creation of offers, the manufacture and installation of our projects in an agile and precise manner.
Its main functions include:
• Design of internal product and process catalogs (profiles, hardware, glass, accessories…)
• Digitization of technical information: rates, sections, exploded views, assembly sheets, etc.
• Programming and structuring of products in management software (introduction of calculation rules, pricing structures, possible combinations, etc.)
• Design of visual and intuitive flows that facilitate understanding by the different departments (commercial, production, assembly).
• Collaboration with technical management to translate workshop and construction needs into optimized processes.
3. Requirements
Essentials:
• Technical knowledge in aluminum carpentry.
• Basic handling of technical design and modeling programs such as AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for structuring rates, product matrices, and workflows.
• Ability to interpret plans, construction sections and assembly systems.
• Competence in organizing technical information and visual documentation.
• Communication skills to interact with different departments: sales, manufacturing and installation.
Highly commendable:
• Experience or knowledge in ERP-type management software, especially if you have worked with systems geared towards carpentry (such as Ingnio – Grupo 77 or similar).
• Knowledge of graphic design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar for the creation of catalogs and visual materials.
• Experience in systematizing technical processes and creating internal workflows.
• Analytical skills to identify improvements in production processes and document them visually.

• Ability to automate die-making and manufacturing processes through integration with numerically controlled machinery or other automated systems.
4. Type of contract
A part-time contract is offered.
This contract is conceived as an initial phase of collaboration and testing of improvements, in which the candidate will actively participate in the creation and systematization of internal tools to optimize technical processes, from the offer to the installation.
The company particularly values career development, therefore the following possibilities are being considered:
· Short/medium term extension of working hours.
• Internal promotion to production manager, if the profile demonstrates initiative, results and technical organizational skills.
