In Systemum SL we seek to incorporate a proactive and resolutive person to lead the systematization of technical and commercial processes in the environment of aluminum and PVC carpentry.
Its main mission will be to develop internal structures that allow transforming the technical knowledge of our products into an organized and visual system, thus facilitating the creation of offers, the manufacture and installation of our projects in an agile and precise way.
Among its main functions include:
· Internal catalogs design of products and processes (profiles, hardware, glass, accessories ...)
· Digitization of technical information: rates, sections, explodes, assembly sheets, etc.
· Programming and structuring of products in management software (introduction of calculation rules, price structures, possible combinations, etc.)
· Design of visual and intuitive flows that facilitate understanding by the different departments (commercial, production, assembly).
· Collaboration with technical direction to translate workshop and work needs into optimized processes.
3. Requirements
Essential:
· Technical knowledge in aluminum carpentry.
· Basic management of technical design and modeling programs such as AutoCAD and/or Sketchup.
· Microsoft Excel domain for rates structuring, product matrices and workflows.
· Ability to interpret plans, constructive sections and assembly systems.
· Competition in Organization of Technical Information and Visual Documentation.
· Communication skills to interact with different departments: commercial, manufacturing and installation.
Very valuable:
· Experience or knowledge in ERP type management software, especially if you have worked with carpentry -oriented systems (such as Ingnio - Group 77 or similar ones).
· Knowledge in graphic design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Indesign or similar for the creation of visual catalogs and supports.
· Experience in systematization of technical processes and creation of internal workflows.
· Analysis ability to identify improvements in productive processes and document them visually.

· Interest in creating internal tools that help the entire company work more fluidly.
· Ability to automate matrry and manufacturing processes through integration with numerical control machinery or other automated systems.
4. Type of contract
It offers part -time contract.
This contract is raised as an initial phase of collaboration and improvement proof, in which the candidate will actively participate in the creation and systematization of internal tools to optimize technical processes, from the offer to the installation.
The company especially values the evolution of the position, so the possibility of:
· Extension of the short/medium term day.
· Internal promotion to Production Headquarters, if the profile demonstrates initiative, results and technical organization capacity.

The work will be carried out in person at the company's facilities:

This environment allows direct contact with the production, technical office and assembly departments, facilitating the real knowledge of the product and the processes to be systematized.
