ESIEM 2023 Engineering and Employment Meeting on March 22 , which aims to bring the professional world closer to future engineers studying at the Center. Once the COVID-19 pandemic is behind us, this edition returns to the normal situation prior to 2020.
In this twentieth edition, 57 companies and institutions will participate, which represents significant growth compared to previous editions, consolidating itself as a benchmark among Engineering meetings and job fairs.
ESIEM is the perfect setting for the beginning of the relationship for students in their final years of bachelor's, master's or recent degrees, since the participating companies make job offers and internships, as well as report on the performance of their activity, thus guiding the future engineer towards a job in line with his training.
From the organization of this Meeting on Engineering and Employment, every effort and know-how has been put into making ESIEM 2023 a fruitful day for both students and participating companies, institutions and organizations. In that sense, they have made use of all the means at their disposal, with the aim of facilitating the interaction between all the actors that make up this Meeting on Engineering and Employment.
On March 22, participating companies and institutions will have an unbeatable opportunity to show engineering students the real needs they will face in the world of work, in addition to being able to make job offers to recent graduates and offer internships to students. final year students of the School.
It is important to highlight the international nature of many of the participating companies, some of them multinationals such as Airbus Group, Accenture, CEPSA, INECO, etc. Likewise, the presence of numerous national companies that have a great impact on the region, both due to their business volume and job creation figures, has been confirmed.
On the other hand, the close connection of the ETSi with the Armed Forces allows the Government of Spain through the Ministry of Defense to participate in this event one more year, as well as all the professional associations of the Higher Engineer professions that they authorize. the five Master's Degrees currently taught at the Center.
Organization of the Meeting on Engineering and Employment ESIEM
The ESIEM Engineering and Employment Meeting is organized by the Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville, ESTIEM, the largest student association in Europe in the field of engineering and management and EUROAVIA Sevilla, a student initiative that acts at a European level and has its origin in the need to bring the industry closer to the students themselves, as well as to promote the joint work of all European countries in the aeronautical sector.
