Training project: During the training project the student will acquire practical knowledge in configuring tools and creating automations for the extraction, processing and publication of data related to energy generation and distribution facilities. The main platforms to use are: AVEVA PI System, AVEVA Predictive Analytics and AWS IoT Tools (Site Wise, Greengrass, Time stream, etc.). The creation of scripts with PowerShell or Python and/or web programming for visualization will be necessary. Concepts of data analysis of energy generation and distribution facilities will be reviewed. For data transfer, familiarity with various industrial protocols (OPC, MQTT, Modbus) will be acquired.
