Course: "New generative applications for engineering teachers and researchers .
Given the growing relevance of generative artificial intelligence (IAG) in the academic and research field, this course aims to provide teaching staff and researcher with practical tools and knowledge for their effective application.
Key points:
- Level: The course is designed to start from scratch , so no previous experience in IAG is required.
- Update: It is also suitable for those who already have basic knowledge and wish to update about the latest tools and approaches. The first block can serve as an introductory review for this group.
- Objectives: Learn to use key tools (Chatgpt, Gemini, etc.) and some other more advanced or specific, optimize teaching/research/administrative tasks, create innovative materials and apply IAG ethically.
- Content: Fundamentals of IAG, Prompt Engineering , exploration and practice with current tools, academic use cases and ethical considerations.
- Methodology: Practical and collaborative approach, with direct application of tools in class.

- Duration: 9 hours (distributed in 3 sessions of 3 hours),
- Dates: May 13, 20 and 27
- Hours: 10.30-13.30, Classroom 007 ETSI.
- Requirements: aimed at PDI (Teaching and Researcher Personnel) of the Engineering and Architecture Branch.
- Certification: ICE will issue accrediting certificate attended by 80% of the classes and perform the assigned work ..
