The Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville will host for the second consecutive year the "Transformative Mentoring - Start your career" Program organized by the Royal Academy of Engineering within the "Women and Engineering" initiative.

The program aims to complement the training of university students with knowledge and skills – through conversation with mentors – that are essential for proper professional development and projection, and that go beyond the purely academic aspects learned in the classroom.

This program offers a unique opportunity for female university students. The universities, making a significant effort to fund – through scholarships – this additional training provided by the excellence mentoring program, have decided to create, within the university environment itself, an ecosystem that fosters a distinct, embryonic model of engagement with their graduates, where outstanding female university students, sponsoring companies, and the Royal Academy of Engineering are the key players.

The ultimate goal of the program is to create networks of individuals committed to the social change needed to transform the current paradigm of education and engineering.
