Proposal from the University of Seville for the Excmo Prize. Sevila City Council, 2021-22 academic year
Considering the proposals of candidates sent by the different Centers of this University for the awards of the Excmo. Seville City Council to the best academic records of the class that has completed its studies in the 2021/2022 academic year and has paid the fees for issuing the degree, once the selection criteria have been applied and completed, without any claim having been made, the deadline established in the resolution by which the provisional list of candidates was made public, this Rectorate has resolved:
- First: Publish, on this same date, the final list of candidates selected for the Excmo awards. Seville City Council to the best academic records of the students who have completed their studies in the 2021/2022 academic year. (The student proposed as the best record of this School has been Mr. FRANCISCO JAVIER URRIOS GÓMEZ, from the Degree in Aerospace Engineering).
- Second: Communicate to the Vice-Rector for Institutional Projection and Internationalization the final list of students proposed for these awards.
Against this resolution it is possible to file, before the Rector, on an optional basis, an appeal for reconsideration within a period of one month from the day following its notification or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Administrative Litigation Court in the period of two months, in accordance with the provisions of article 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (BOE of October 2), in relation to articles 8.3 and 46 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
