Applications for recognition of credits in official Bachelor's and Master's degrees for company internships

The recognition of credits for undergraduate and master's degree courses for company internships will be processed differently depending on whether the internship is curricular or extracurricular.

Curricular internships:

Students must first register.

Once the internship has completed, they must complete final evaluation report ICARO under the "Assessment Report" option for the University to correctly process the internship. This form can be completed starting 7 days before the end of the internship period. They must also complete the satisfaction survey through the same platform.

The company's certification will also be included in ICARO.

Once the student has completed the report on the ICARO platform, they must send an email to the Secretary's Office ( evaluatepractice-etsi@us.es ) requesting an evaluation of the internship by their academic tutor. The final grade will be recorded in the corresponding transcript.

Extracurricular internships

Extracurricular internships may be recognized as curricular internships provided the following requirements are met:

• Curricular practices have not been taken before.
• Extracurricular internships have been managed by the University of Seville or any other University under the same degree that is being studied.
• The extracurricular internship has been completed and the number of hours completed exceeds the hours corresponding to the recognition of the subject “Business Internships” of the degree.

At the end of the extracurricular internship, the student must complete final evaluation report ICARO under the "Assessment Report" option for the university to correctly process the internship. This can be done up to 7 days before the end of the internship period. The student must also complete the satisfaction survey through the same platform.

Once the student has submitted the final report on the ICARO platform, they must submit the following documentation to the School's Office:

The recognition will be carried out by means of resolution of the director and the subject practices in company will be recognized only for the value of credits of the latter, according to the following table:
