The Higher Technical School of Engineering (ETSi) will host on May 5, 2026 a day organized by ManpowerGroup, in collaboration with CL Grupo Industrial, aimed at facilitating the transition of students to the professional environment after their time at the University.

The event, which will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, will include the roundtable discussion “Breaking the Wall – Is there life beyond university?”, in which professionals from different areas will share their experience and career paths within the company. Participants will include Raúl Sánchez Flores (Marketing, Cristian Lay), Francisco Lázaro (Systems Development Technician), Iván Casilda Pastelero (Laboratory, Perseida Belleza), Manuel Tena Romero (Controller, Ondupet), Fermín Cancio Martínez (Maintenance, Siderúrgica Balboa), Clara González Flores (Bidding, Ondupack), and Sara Amaya Méndez (Head of Packaging Division Development).

The day will continue with a practical workshop focused on resume writing, interview preparation, and developing the skills most in demand by employers. To conclude, a speed networking session will be held in the Beauty, Steel, and Packaging sectors, allowing attendees to interact directly with professionals in each industry and expand their professional networks.

Participants are also encouraged to upload their resumes to the CL Grupo Industrial job portal beforehand, where they will receive guidance during the event to identify opportunities that match their profile.
