Training project: Support the GAP Pilot in diagnosing the current state of production processes to identify, prioritize and plan improvement actions to be undertaken. Participate in the definition and development of the JOLCA SMC elements (tools, formats, measurement system, progress monitoring elements, communication panels, training content). Pilot the deployment and implementation of said SMC elements, according to agreed plans. Dynamize and provide methodological support to the Continuous Improvement Working Groups launched in the pilot line for the correct approach and use of the SMC tools. Participate directly (as a member or pilot) in said Work Groups as long as it is compatible with the rest of the tasks and represents a contribution of value to the Group. Promote the application of the basic concepts and tools of Continuous Improvement: Standardization, 5S, Visual Management, PDCA cycle. Participate - according to the agreed planning - in the progress piloting routines (Paseo Gemba, TOP15, TOP5), with the purpose also of guaranteeing the adequate application of these tools and their continuous improvement.
