Formative Project: Support the pilot GAP in the diagnoses of the current state of the production processes to identify, prioritize and plan improvement actions to undertake. Participate in the definition and development of Jolca SMC elements (tools, formats, measurement system, progress piloting elements, communication panels, training content). Pilot the deployment and implementation of said elements of the SMC, according to the agreed planning. Dynamize and give methodological support to continuous improvement working groups launched in the pilot line for the correct approach and use of SMC tools. Participate directly (as a member or pilot) in these working groups whenever it is compatible with the rest of the tasks and suppose a value contribution to the group. Promote the application of basic concepts and tools of continuous improvement: standardization, 5S, visual management, PDCA cycle. Participate - according to the agreed planning - in the progress piloting routines (Paseo Gemba, Top15, Top5), with the purpose of guaranteeing the adequate application of these tools and their continuous improvement.
