41st RD50 Workshop on Radiation Hard Semiconductor Devices for Very High Luminosity Colliders

CERN -based RD50 collaboration, made up of 66 institutes around the globe, is dedicated to the research and development of solid-state detectors for subatomic particles. Solid-state particle detectors must not only be efficient but also resistant to radiation damage, a fact that also extends to the microelectronics for reading these sensors. Its developments are installed in the CMS, ATLAS, LHC-b and Alice experiments within the Large Hadron Collider program located at CERN, near Geneva, Switzerland. The RD50 autumn workshop, number 41, is held at our ETSI from November 29 to December 2.
