Due to the situation caused by the electric blackout that affects our facilities, and in line with the decision of the Crisis monitoring team of the University of Seville to maintain the suspension of academic activities scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, April 29 , we inform you that:

🔹 The projection of the documentary “Emilio Herrera” is suspended and postponed , scheduled for April 29 in the ETSI Assembly Hall.

 

Next Tuesday, April 29 at 10:30 a.m. , the Assembly Hall of the Higher Technical School of Engineering (University of Seville) will host the projection of the documentary “Emilio Herrera” in its full version (100 minutes). Admission is free, prior registration at confirmations@fundacion.enaire.es .

This activity, promoted by the ENAIRE Foundation, is part of Emilio Herrera's recognition as a key figure in the history of aerospace engineering. Visionary Engineer, was the creator of the world's first aerostatic suit, considered by NASA as the precursor of current space costumes. He also founded the Four Wind Aerodynamics Institute and the First School of Aeronautical Engineering in Spain.

The ETSI is part of the working group created to disseminate its legacy, together with institutions such as ETSIAE (UPM), the General Directorate of Civil Aviation or Shycea.
