Next Wednesday, December 1 at 12:00 p.m., the opening conference of the academic year "Electric Energy Systems. Sustainable electric mobility" will be held by Dr. Inmaculada Zamora Belver from the University of the Basque Country.

Inmaculada Zamora Belver is Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of the Basque Country, Co-Principal Investigator of the GISEL Group and Professor at the University of Electrical Engineering.
Industrial Engineer (1989), Electrical Specialty, and Doctor in Electrical Engineering (1993), from the ETSI of Bilbao.
From 2002 to 2015 she has been Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and since 2006 she has been Professor of Electrical Engineering at the UPV/EHU. Since 2009 she has been a professor and member of the Academic Commission of the University Master's Degree: “Integration of renewable energies in the electrical system” (where EV is discussed). She has participated as a researcher, or principal researcher, in more than 60 R&D projects, related to the area of Electrical Engineering and Renewable Energies, with public and/or private financing. She has supervised 17 doctoral theses (of which two are on EV and another is in development) and is the author/co-author of more than 60 technical articles in national and international journals, as well as more than 130 presentations at national and international conferences. Finally, she is a member of the editorial team of various international magazines. She has collaborated with the EVE and the Bilbao City Council in two practical workshops on future implementation of the EV in the Basque community.
