The Cybersecurity Master will train the engineer with the ability to solve advanced level technical problems associated with security in networks, services and corporate information systems.

The training will affect technological and procedural aspects. The Master seeks to address with technical depth ALL aspects related to Cybersecurity, training for: development of secure software on Windows/Linux platforms and mobile platforms (apps), bastion of the network and ICT systems, implementation of a security management system in a company, carrying out security audits including advanced Ethical Hacking techniques and preparing expert computer forensic reports in the field of ICTs.

The course, taught mostly by experts from companies in the sector, aims to cover the advanced level training needs of future professionals in the Cybersecurity market. In-person classes, Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., allow compatibility with work hours.

Competencies

Some specific competencies that the proposal seeks are:
- Ability to analyze and detect potential problems from the point of view of Cybersecurity in ICTs
- Be able to protect and defend against possible attacks both the networks and the main ICT systems and services ( including cloud environments)
- Be able to implement a security management system, continuity plan and technological risk analysis in a corporate environment.
- Be able to prepare complete computer forensic expert reports.
- Be able to develop software safely.
- Ability to carry out and write cybersecurity audits and technical reports (apply advanced hacking techniques if necessary)
- Oral communication skills applied to the implementation of security policies, as well as the ability to autonomously search for information of interest on the network .

Requirements

Specific requirements for admission to studies:

Be in possession of a Technical Engineering, Engineering or Engineering Degree. It is also possible to be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree (or Graduate) in Mathematical Sciences or Physics with experience in the ICT sector.

Academic requirements to obtain the Title or Diploma:

Having passed all the modules and the Master's final project

Student selection criteria:

The selection criteria are governed by the evaluation of each candidate, which will depend on the following sections: c1) average qualification of the degree weighted by the ECTS and ICT affinity (computer science and telecommunications have the maximum affinity). c2) professional experience and additional training (Curriculum) c3) letter of recommendation and reasoned application for admission The limits for each section are: c1 between 40% and 60%, c2 between 20% and 40%, c3 between 10% and 20% . The academic commission will establish the final weighting of each section
