On June 5, World Environment Day is celebrated , with the aim of raising awareness among the world's population about the importance of caring for our ecosystems and promoting respect for the environment.
Origin of World Environment Day
World Environment Day was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in 1972, coinciding with the beginning of the Stockholm Conference , whose main topic was precisely the environment.
