AIRBUS PIONEERS EXPERIENCE

Next Monday, September 25th , starting at 12:00 noon, AIRBUS PIONEERS EXPERIENCE event will take place on the walkway between ETSi futsal field .

“Pioneers is an initiative developed by the Employment Marketing Department of Airbus to boost the employability of our young people in Spain.

Our mission is to connect, inspire, and recruit top talent. We connect Airbus's memorable stories and meaningful experiences with our potential talent pool. Our goal is to raise awareness of career opportunities, helping young people secure their first job and improve their employability through guidance and training related to participating in recruitment processes.

As part of our strategy to attract young talent, we have developed the Pioneers Off to the Future initiative. This is a two-week roadshow in which we will visit leading Spanish universities, seeking to connect with students (both undergraduate and vocational). These sessions will showcase our career opportunities, the type of professional development they can find at our company, and share our culture and values.

Get ready to embark on a unique adventure that will reach some of the most prominent university campuses across the country, where we will bring the essence and pioneering spirit of AIRBUS to every corner.

Exciting games, challenging contests, and inspiring interviews with special guests await us, through which you can learn everything that the pioneering aerospace company in the sector is and offers for you and all PIONEERS.

In addition, if you have what it takes to be a pioneer, you can be part of the PIONEERS EXPERIENCE at one of its stops along the entire route.
