The Airbus Women Network launches the Mentoring Program at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Seville. Through the Airbus Chair at the University of Seville and with close collaboration with the Women Network, Airbus mentors will support the development of the School's students.

What is the Airbus Mentoring Program?

The mentoring sessions will take place over six months in six sessions with an average dedication of approximately two hours each. During this time, Airbus professionals will meet with the students enrolled in the program.

In the first session they will establish some objectives and throughout the following sessions they will share their professional experiences, answer their questions about professional life and help them make their own decisions, evaluating the alternatives from their point of view and contributing to their integration into professional life. and to reinforce their technical vocation, encouraging them to eventually opt for leadership positions within their companies. As part of the activity, the professionals will invite the students to visit their professional environment, constituting this scenario as a motivator and stimulator of their technical vocation.
