Students who will be undertaking post-compulsory studies can apply for these grants from today until May 17th

The general call for applications for scholarships and study grants for the 2023-2024 academic year is now open. From today until May 17, applications for post-compulsory education grants can be submitted through the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training's website.

Students who will be pursuing high school, vocational training, arts education, sports, language studies, or university studies, among others, can now apply for their scholarship for the upcoming academic year. As in the previous application period, they will need to complete a series of provisional forms, which they can modify later. They must do so even if they do not yet know their grades for this year, what they will study next year, or whether they will continue their studies.

The main change for the 2023-2024 academic year is the increase in the fixed amount for accommodation: it rises from €1,600.00 to €2,500.00.
Applications for the general scholarship for the 2023-2024 academic year can be submitted from March 27 to May 17, 2022, which is the only application period.
