The ETSi Welcomes New Students for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

The Higher Technical School of Engineering at the University of Seville will hold its traditional Welcome Days to welcome students beginning their university studies this year. This will be their first introduction to the School, its services, faculty, and university life, in a program designed to help them take their first steps at the ETSi.
On September 3rd, the Welcome Day will be held for first-year students of the Bachelor's Degrees in Industrial Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. 

Likewise, on September 4th it will be the turn of the newly admitted students of the Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Degree in Energy Engineering, Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Degree in Telecommunications Technologies Engineering and Degree in Electronic, Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering. 

The event will begin with a welcome address from the School Director and will continue with various presentations highlighting the most important aspects of academic life: how studies are organized, international mobility opportunities, internships, library resources, the Student Delegation, student associations, and the main services that the ETSI and the University of Seville offer their students. Tips for successfully navigating this new phase, characterized by autonomy, effort, and continuous learning, will also be shared.

The day will conclude with meetings of the coordinators for each degree program and a visit to the stands of associations and services, where new students can have their initial questions answered and learn firsthand about many of the activities that complement their studies at the ETSi. Beyond the classroom, the School hopes these days will also be an invitation to participate, make new friends, and begin to become part of a university community with a long tradition and a vibrant academic and student life.

• Thursday, September 3: Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering, Degree in Chemical Engineering and Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Friday, September 4: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Degree in Energy Engineering, Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Degree in Telecommunications Technologies Engineering and Degree in Electronic, Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering.
