Science and Technology of Beer Brewing (II Edition)

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF BEER MAKING (II EDITION)

This course has a precedent in the Expert Diploma modality (Expert Diploma in Science and Technology of Brewing) of which the VII Edition was carried out in 2022/23. The second edition is currently offered as a Continuing Training course. The main objective of the course is to show a global vision of the beer-making process, through the direct transfer of knowledge, and spaces for reflection and debate. 

The specific objectives are: 

(i) Address the beer brewing process from both a scientific and technological point of view. 

(ii) Show in a practical way the steps necessary for the manufacture and packaging of beer in a real plant. 

(iii) Present real problems of the beer industry and their possible solutions.
