● Valuable knowledge of lean manufacturing.

SALARY: Development plan:

1. Junior improvement engineer 1 (1 year): €22,000. Times and procedures.

2. Junior improvement engineer 2 (1-2 years): €25,000. Supervised productive improvement projects.

3. Senior improvement engineer 1 (1-2 years): €27,000. Productive improvement projects.

4. Senior improvement engineer 2 (2 years): €30,000. Projects to improve new investments.  

5. Shift manager: €35,000.

FUNCTIONS:

● Optimization of production tools.

● Help supervise the production volume of the different products in accordance with the guidelines set by the Industrial Director.

● Guarantee the operation of the different operational production devices in terms of costs, quality and deliveries.

● Propose improvement actions in production issues.

● Help with the control of correct maintenance of production cells.
