● Senior Industrial Engineer in Organization.

● No experience.

● Valuable knowledge of lean manufacturing.

The following will be taken into account:

● High level in French: C1

SALARY: Development plan:

1. Junior Improvement Engineer 1 (1 year): €22,000. Times and procedures.

2. Junior Improvement Engineer 2 (1-2 years): €25,000. Supervised productive improvement projects.

3. Senior Improvement Engineer 1 (1-2 years): €27,000. Productivity improvement projects.

4. Senior Improvement Engineer 2 (2 years): €30,000. Improvement projects for new investments. 

5. Shift supervisor: €35,000.

FUNCTIONS:

● Optimization of production tools.

● Assist in monitoring the production volume of different products according to the guidelines set by the Industrial Director.

● Ensure the functioning of the different operational production devices in terms of costs, quality and deliveries.

● Propose improvement actions in production matters.

● Assist with the control of the correct maintenance of the production cells.
