The USECHIP Chair Project Plan includes activities to encourage the attraction of female talent to microelectronics and therefore to STEM fields. In this regard, a conference will be organized on April 4, 2025, under the heading " Attracting (female) talent to industry and university ."

This is a conference in which we will have experts in different fields from the Spanish scene , who will present their point of view in round tables and conferences.
