Professor Alfonso Gañán Calvo, Chair of the University of Seville and elected Academician, will take office as a member of the Royal Sevillian Academy of Sciences next Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the academic ceremony scheduled according to the program included in the official documentation of the event.
Professor Gañán Calvo is a full professor at the University of Seville and is internationally recognized for his contributions to fluid mechanics and fluid engineering at the micro and nanoscale.
