Leonardo Grants for Researchers and Cultural Creators BBVA Foundation

The Leonardo Grants for Researchers and Cultural Creators from the BBVA Foundation are intended to support the development of personal projects of researchers and cultural creators in intermediate stages of their career, residing in Spain, between 30 and 45 years old and with a highly innovative scientific, technological or cultural production.

The projects will have a minimum duration of 12 months and a maximum duration of 18 months.

At least 55 scholarships will be awarded for the entire call, each with a maximum gross amount of 40,000 euros, in the following areas:

Basic Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)

Biology and Biomedicine

Environmental and Earth Sciences

Engineering

Computer Science and Data Science

Social Sciences

Humanities

Visual Arts

Music and Opera

Literary Creation and Performing Arts
