Meeting between Companies and Chemical Engineering Students

Next Tuesday, September 24th, the Chemical Engineering Students-Company Meeting will be held at the School of Chemical Engineering (ETSi). This meeting is a parallel activity to the 7th Congress on Innovation in Chemical Engineering Teaching (CIDIQ), which will take place at ETSi from September 23rd to 25th. The purpose of the meeting is to connect companies in the Andalusian industrial sector, which actively employ Chemical Engineering professionals, with undergraduate and master's students in Chemical Engineering at the University of Seville.

The Business-Student Meeting will take place in the ETSi Auditorium according to the following schedule:

- Dialogue 1: What does a company look for in a Chemical Engineering professional? Participants: INERCO Chair, CEPSA Chair, EMASESA Chair and Circular Economy Chair (ABORGASE)

- Dialogue 2: Industrial transformation towards sustainability – Challenges and opportunities for IQ. Participants: Idener, Edifesa and Persan

- The DOW Chemical talent selection process

- Spanish Federation of Chemical Engineering Professionals (FEPIQ): Mission and Vision 

- Soft Skills. P&G group dynamics

In addition, there will be a stand area where companies can have more direct contact with students through interviews, group dynamics or general information, which students can visit from the end of the presentations throughout the day.
