The Airbus Women Network launches its Mentoring Program at the Higher Technical School of Engineering in Seville. Through the Airbus Chair at the University of Seville and in close collaboration with the Women Network, Airbus mentors will support the development of the School's students.

What does the Airbus Mentoring Program consist of?

The mentoring sessions will take place over six months, consisting of six sessions with an average duration of approximately two hours each. During this time, Airbus professionals will meet with the students enrolled in the program.

In the first session, they will establish objectives, and throughout the following sessions, they will share their professional experiences, address students' questions about professional life, and help them make their own decisions by evaluating alternatives from their perspective. This will contribute to their integration into professional life and strengthen their technical vocation, encouraging them to eventually pursue leadership positions within their companies. As part of the activity, the professionals will invite the students to visit their professional environment, making this setting a motivating and stimulating experience for their technical vocation.
