Applications for credit recognition in official Bachelor's and Master's degree programs based on work or professional experience
The following documentation will be submitted:
- Duly completed application form.
- Employment history report issued by the General Treasury of Social Security in which the name of the company or companies and the length of employment in the corresponding contribution group are certified.
- Certified copies of employment contracts or appointments with registration in Social Security.
- In the case of self-employed or freelance workers, a certificate from the General Treasury of Social Security must be provided showing the periods of registration in the corresponding special scheme of Social Security and a description of the activity carried out and the time in which it has been carried out.
- Report with a detailed description of the activities or tasks performed and the time during which they were carried out.
- Company certificates attesting to the above tasks and any other document that allows verification and endorsement of the claimed experience and its relationship with the skills inherent to the degree for which credit recognition is requested.
The number of credits recognized based on accredited professional or work experience and non-official university studies, as outlined in Articles 7 and 13 of the University of Seville's Regulations on the Recognition and Transfer of Credits, may not exceed 15 percent of the total credits of the destination degree program.
Within this limit, up to 6 credits will be recognized for each year of duly accredited work or professional experience.
