Applications for credit recognition in official Bachelor's and Master's degree programs

They will be submitted by registration within the deadlines along with the registration: 

• Application for recognition (to be completed online via this link). The application can only be processed if submitted through the official registry (for example, at the ETSi Secretariat).
   
• Personal Academic Transcript. This must include the number of credits for each subject. Students transferring from another degree program at the University of Seville are exempt from submitting this transcript.
   
• Syllabi for the passed subjects, corresponding to the academic year in which they were passed, stamped by the center where they were taken or digitally signed. Syllabi for subjects included in the automatic recognition tables will not be required.
   
• Curriculum to which the passed subjects belong. Only in the case of non-university studies or when the number of credits is not stated in the subject syllabus.
   
• When foreign studies are submitted , the documentation must be issued by the competent authorities and must be duly legalized (except those from Member States of the European Union or signatories of the Agreement on the European Economic Area) and, where appropriate, translated by an official translator in Spain into Spanish.
   
• In the latter case, information on the university grading system of the country of origin or grading scale will also be provided, indicating the minimum passing grade and the points on which the scale and scoring intervals are based.
