The candidate must have technical training in Engineering and a fluent level of English.

 

Their responsibilities will include:

 

  • Development of technical specifications for piping and mechanical equipment in the construction project phase.
  • Technical evaluation of piping packages and mechanical equipment for purchase.
  • Vendor Technical Documentation Review.
  • Definition of the design for the correct installation of mechanical equipment.
  • construction, civil works, electrical and I&C in accordance with the requirements of the mechanical equipment.
  • Coordination with all disciplines and departments across the different project interfaces.
  • Preparation and issuance of Quality Non-Conformity Observations.

We are looking for a Satellite Operator to be integrated in Portugal, reporting to the Products and Services Department.
 
Accountabilities:
▪ Monitoring the status of all Ground Segment systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the satellites.
▪ Plan and execute satellite tasking and maintenance, executing and implementing procedures to monitor and control satellites and ground station.
▪ Review and analyze real-time satellites telemetry data, following the Operational Procedures (OPRs) and executing the contingency actions as necessary.
▪ Perform the maintenance activities scheduled as planned.
▪ Provide timely response and direction to protect the systems during an anomaly and alert the appropriate responsible.
▪ Record, report, and analyze mission data, health data, and logs, observing data for anomalies, preparing summaries of data via written tabulations, charts, graphs, and reports as requested by Engineering Team or the person responsible.
▪ Support future satellite mission development and operational concept development.
▪ Review and update satellite system operations procedures and documentation.
▪ Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
