Training Project: Support the Pilot GAP in diagnosing the current state of production processes to identify, prioritize, and plan improvement actions. Participate in the definition and development of JOLCA's SMC elements (tools, formats, measurement system, progress monitoring elements, communication boards, training content). Pilot the deployment and implementation of these SMC elements, according to the agreed-upon plans. Facilitate and provide methodological support to the Continuous Improvement working groups launched in the pilot line for the correct approach and use of SMC tools. Participate directly (as a member or pilot) in these working groups whenever compatible with other tasks and adds value to the group. Promote the application of the basic concepts and tools of Continuous Improvement: Standardization, 5S, Visual Management, PDCA cycle. Participate - according to the agreed planning - in the progress piloting routines (Gemba Walk, TOP15, TOP5), with the purpose also of ensuring the proper application of these tools and their continuous improvement.

Degree: 

- Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering

- Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering.
