"Promotion and visibility of female leadership in STEM professions: Success stories in Engineering – VII Edition"
The Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville hosts a new edition of the initiative "Promotion and visibility of female leadership in STEM professions: Success stories in Engineering - VII Edition", whose objective is to make visible female role models in the field of Engineering and bring students closer to real experiences of professional development and leadership in STEM sectors.
The talk and discussion will feature three former students of the ETSI who will share their journey, from their university education and first professional steps to their current positions of responsibility:

- Fátima Abaurrea, industrial engineer, co-founder of the start-up ACES and currently COO of Farmacias Direct.
- Paloma Auladell, an industrial engineer and currently a Senior Consultant at Salesforce, has developed a career of professional growth in the technology sector.
- Laura Velascoprofessional Airbus, currently leads projects related to the design and maintenance costs of the A400M and participates in initiatives to promote female leadership in the industry.
During the colloquium they will discuss their academic and professional trajectories, the skills needed to progress in Engineering, the challenges encountered throughout their careers and their future prospects, as well as share advice and experiences with the students.
