This Friday, September 23, interested students will be able to attend the seminar "Chemical Engineering Multiscale: modeling for scale-up" given by Ms. Cristina Moliner ​,

The seminar, held within the framework of the Erasmus exchange programs, will present the development of chemical engineering processes from a multiscale perspective, analyzing experimental activities complemented by process simulation at different levels of detail. To this end, the development of a Spouted Bed type reactor will be described for gasification of lignocellulosic waste, from the laboratory scale to the demonstrative scale (0.5 MWth), among other processes.
