At Horse Powertrain , we are thrilled to launch the second edition of our Graduates program for STEM high-potential HORSE POWERING TALENT 2025-2026 .

🌍 If you are a recent graduate in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or Science and want to be part of an international, innovative, and purposeful project… this is the place for you!

✅ Requirements to participate in the selection process:
- Graduate in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- B2 level or higher of English
- Passion for sustainable mobility, innovation, propulsion technologies, Artificial Intelligence, data analysis...
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to shaping the future of mobility

🎯 What do we offer?

- You'll join an innovative, high-value technological and industrial project.
- At the start of the program, you'll participate in an industrial immersion at our gearbox factory in Seville, allowing you to experience our processes, products, and equipment firsthand.
- You'll receive intensive training in key technical and soft skills for your career through masterclasses, workshops, and online courses.
- Together, we'll design your Individualized Development Plan, with support from your mentor and a development coach.
- You'll participate in our innovative Horse Reverse Mentoring program, where you can share your knowledge and passions with other colleagues and senior professionals within our company.
