30th Edition of the Annual Seminar on Automation, Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation SAAEI 2023

 

The Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville is hosting from today, July 5th to 7th, the 30th Edition of the Annual Seminar on Automation, Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation SAAEI 2023.

The annual meeting brought together more than 150 attendees from countries such as Spain, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands and Slovenia, with more than 100 research publications presented, 5 technical talks from companies in the sector and 3 plenary talks from experts in different areas of research.

Organized by the Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Seville, in collaboration with the ENGREEN Unit of Excellence, the SAAEI is an annual conference aimed at researchers and companies from both Spain and abroad. Its purpose is to provide a platform for them to share research results, exchange ideas, and form consortia to undertake future projects with greater efficiency and impact. The conference seeks presentations of original work in the fields of automation, electronics, and instrumentation.

The thematic areas are as follows:

• Power converters: Devices, topologies and control.

• Instrumentation and measurement systems. Sensor networks.

• Applications to electrical power systems.

• Biomedical engineering.

• Technological applications. Industry 4.0. Digital twins.

• Electric mobility and electric vehicles.
